If you’re out and about in the Capital District this Saturday (12/1), swing by our little barrio of Delmar and check us out at the Hamagrael Elementary Craft Fair from 10am-4pm. It’s supposed to be a rather large show with 80+ vendors, including Doullina (did we mention WE would be there???) Hope to see some our super fans there!
Yes folks, we’re still busy in our studios whipping out some fantastically FUN Advent Calendars! They have become the hottest commodity in our etsy shop this week, and we’re utilizing every available second and scrap of Christmas’y paper to create some new designs! All of this while simultaneously trying to organize for our upcoming Hamagrael Elementary Craft Fair. We’ll sleep in January I guess. In addition to our traditional calendar, we are now offering a clipboard version which is way too cute for words so here are some pics:

This particular cutie was available for all of an hour and a half yesterday morning, so if you weren’t online obsessively scouting our shop when we posted it, you lost out! Never fear, new styles will be here soon, soon, soon!
This is a promo not only for our own awesomely unique (grin!) handmade items, but for the thousands and thousands of amazing creations you can find on the virtual shelves of etsy.com. We have been proudly selling our paper goodies on etsy since March and as we’ve watched our business steadily grow, we find ourselves feeling immensely grateful for such an amazing platform. We’ve “met” some incredibly interesting people and made some fun new friends along the way and we’re looking forward to continuing with this great momentum through the Holiday Season and beyond.
If, after you’ve finished shopping in our store (which is offering 15% off everything 11/23-25!!!!), you’re looking for something for another person on your list, head out into the etsy waters and support some more very talented artists. Just think, no lines, no rude people with poor shopping cart steering skills, no ducking the local news crews who are on hand to get interviews with those people brave (or insert your own adjective..ha!) enough to battle the crowds…just you, your computer and your mouse clicking away in the comfort of your own home (jammies are welcome here!). Happy Shopping folks!
We are so excited to announce another great store that will be carrying some of our handcrafted goodies… The Silver Birch Trading Post located in Albany, next to the Ultra Violet Cafe and The Spectrum. We were lucky enough to meet 2 of the owners, Brooke & Dana, at our last craft fair and the rest is Craft History. If you’re in the neighborhood, definitely stop in to check out not only our paper goodies, but the tons of other great, locally produced items these gals stocked their awesome shop with!

Looking for a festive and creative way to count down the days until Christmas? Here it is! We started with a 9 1/2x 11 1/2″ white shadow box equipped with a glass door, as well as hardware to either hang it on the wall, or a stand for tabletop placement. We dug into our favorite Basic Grey Figgy Pudding Christmas paper stash to create the interior. The numbers 0-9 (you’ll receive an extra “1″ and “2″) were secured to double matted frames, strung with ribbon, and embellished with buttons. When you’re ready to adjust your counter, simply grab the appropriate numbers from the pocket affixed to the backside of your shadow box and hang them on the pins located in the top half of the layout. We used some fun buttons, chipboard letters, ink and bling to create the “days ’til Christmas” lettering.
This fun little creation is sure to be a wonderful addition to your home this Holiday season. If these colors/patterns aren’t exactly your taste, drop us a line at: info@doullina.com with your ideas and we’d be happy to help you out with your own custom creation! We are working on more styles, so stay tuned!
